If it has to be made-to-order, it will ship out within 5 to 7 business days (you will be notified). If you need something right away, we have hundreds of items in-stock. Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 3-15 days to Alaska, Hawaii & the US Virgin Islands. If you need your jewelry sooner, we offer USPS Priority Mail and FedEx expedited. We offer USPS Priority Shipping, FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Express Saver 3-day. We cannot express ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes. Please read our shipping options below. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We want you to be happy with your Jewelry. We offer the following no hassle returns and exchanges: If in the USA, merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date it was delivered to you. If in Alaska, Hawaii, or the US Virgin Islands, 21 days from the date it was delivered to you. For International, 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. All items being returned must be in its original form as it was when shipped with all tags attached.

Exchanges are processed like returns. Any difference in the purchase amount will be charged or credited accordingly. If the item exchanged is less expensive, we will issue a return to your original credit card that was used to make the purchase. If the item exchanged is more expensive than the original item ordered, we will need to charge your card for the difference over the phone as we do not store credit card numbers. Once the exchanged item is received, any difference will be refunded or charged, the new item will be made if it is not in stock and we will ship the new item as soon as possible.
