SHIPPING
We currently offer various types of shipping to our customers. If your jewelry is in stock at the time the order is placed (by 2pm CST), it usually ships out the next business day. If it has to be made-to-order, it will ship out within 5 to 7 business days (you will be notified). If you need something right away, we have hundreds of items in-stock. Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 3-15 days to Alaska, Hawaii & the US Virgin Islands. If you need your jewelry sooner, we offer USPS Priority Mail and FedEx expedited. We offer USPS Priority Shipping, FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Express Saver 3-day. We cannot express ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes. Please read our shipping options below. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions please email shipping@apreciousjewelry.com.We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or mail that is undeliverable due to incorrect address.
Orders
Orders are processed as they come in, regardless of the shipping method chosen. We pride ourselves in our quick turnaround, but most of all we want to manage your expectations so that you are not disappointed! In-stock items will ship the next business day if your order is placed by 2pm CST. If your item is not in-stock and needs to be made, depending on the complexity of the design, it can take up to 5 to 7 business days for it to be produced and ready to ship (you will be notified by email).
Once it is made, it will ship via whatever method chosen at checkout. Expedited shipping only guarantees faster delivery once an item is made. Once your item is on the way, a notification will be sent to you via email along with a tracking number. Returns
We want you to be happy with your Jewelry. We offer the following no hassle returns and exchanges: If in the USA, merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date it was delivered to you. If in Alaska, Hawaii, or the US Virgin Islands, 21 days from the date it was delivered to you. For International, 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. All items being returned must be in its original form as it was when shipped with all tags attached.
We want you to love your jewelry and be happy and satisfied. We also want you to feel as good about your jewelry as you do about us. To us, you are family. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed like returns. Any difference in the purchase amount will be charged or credited accordingly. If the item exchanged is less expensive, we will issue a return to your original credit card that was used to make the purchase. If the item exchanged is more expensive than the original item ordered, we will need to charge your card for the difference over the phone as we do not store credit card numbers. Once the exchanged item is received, any difference will be refunded or charged, the new item will be made if it is not in stock and we will ship the new item as soon as possible.
